Sr. Software Developer with advanced skills, full life cycle development
skills to work in an enterprise application area. The candidate is
responsible to re-architect an existing multi-threaded task scheduling
applications, developed in VB, VC++ into latest Microsoft technology
platforms using C#, WCF, ESB.
This position offers excellent opportunities for technical and leadership

This individual will be responsible for:
1. Analyze the current application architecture and re-architect the
task scheduling processes and alarm manager processes.
2. Prepare architecture and design documents
3. Develop proof of concept prototypes to justify the new architecture
4. Develop production prototype and stress test the application and
determine the capacity.
Required experience:
1. BA/BS degree with 7+ years in developing software applications
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced C# multithreaded
programming, socket programming and parallel patterns in C#
3. Minimum 2 years of experience in creating and consuming
multi-threaded Asynchronous WCF services
4. Real-time experience in developing multi-threaded task scheduling
applications.
5. Technical competency with Visual C++, MFC and C# in the Windows
programming environment and experience with large software systems is
required.
6. Experience in Object-Oriented and multi-threaded software design and
development are essential.
7. Real-time experience in resolving thread blocking, deadlocks, memory
leaks are required.
8. Experience with developing high performance and scalable server
systems, writing reliable code that runs in a large multi-threaded and
multi-process server model, and that utilizes mutex and semaphores for
concurrency control.
9. Experience in debugging multi-threaded applications
10. Understanding of COM concepts
11. Understanding server network programming and protocols – TCP/IP, UDP
and IP Multicast
12. Intermediate level skills in Microsoft SQL Server. Ability to write
SQL stored procedures.
13. Awareness of change management processes/lifecycles.
14. Excellent verbal and written communications skills with proven
contributor in team environment.
15. Ability to develop and present technical concepts to a business
audience is a major plus.
