· Blackberry Enterprise Server
· TrendMicro NeatSuite
· Symantec End Point Protection
· Avocent KVM over IP (DSview3)
· IronPort eMail Smarthost admin
· BlueCoat Internet Proxy & SSL VPN
· Cisco / Extreme Routers, Switches
· Dell, HP server Hardware Platforms
· Helpdesk Operations / Service
· Candidate should be able to provide Windows Application support
