Candidate must be customer oriented and have sense of urgency and strong interpersonal skills. *Responsibilities * *Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: * · Work with the IT, Finance, Sales and Marketing organizations on development and implementation of reporting system enhancements and fixes. · Translate business needs into system requirements. · Evaluate and articulate proposed business requirements and identify impact, risks, and benefits of alternative solutions. · Investigate complex problems in production environments and suggest solutions to resolve them. · Provide training and documentation for users on reporting system functionality. · Critically review existing business processes with relation to revenue and margin reporting and data and process integrity and make recommendations for improvement. · Reconcile data between reporting systems and explain variances. · Create reports and dashboards using Oracle OBIEE and Essbase tools. · Write test scripts and validate the data using MS Access, OBIEE, and Oracle SQL tools to support new ERP system implementation *Experience and Education* *Education:* Bachelors (Tech) or equivalent; Business or Technical area with a MIS concentration is preferred. *Work experience:* 1 - 3 years as a business or systems analyst. *Technical skills:* Oracle OBIEE, SAP, Essbase, Microsoft Office products, Brio Query, SQL or MS Access proficiency.
