· Experience building and integrating HR portals and self service
applications using Peopletools and peoplesoft Portal frame work
· Experience in high-performance portal solutions such as PeopleSoft
Enterprise Portal .
· Knowledge of portal features such as Content Management, Search,
Security, Single Sign-On, Web Services and Links.
· Knowledge in Web 2.0, WSRP, and JSR standards.
· Strong communication, presentation analytical and problem-solving
skills.
· Proficiency in PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal .
· Experience in Peopletools 8.5 or later to build workspaces using
enterprise portal technologies
· PeopleTools Related Content Framework knowledge in peopleTools
8.50/8.51 releases
· Use the PeopleSoft Pagelet Wizard to create pagelets and publish
them as WSRP portlets
· Publish PeopleSoft component, iScript and generic URL data as WSRP
portlets. Consume WSRP or JSR168 content from non- PeopleSoft applications
or web sites
· Knowledge of architecture, design and development of web
applications – J2EE based technologies.
· Ability to lead a mid-size team(6 - 8 developers)
· Experience and good knowledge of IT and *portal* governance and
operations: Defining and implementing
· Knowledge of Software development in JAVA, AJAX, Javascript and
other scripting languages.
· Knowledge of Web services programming and standard protocols –
SOA, XML, SOAP, REST, UDDI
· Application integration knowledge with PeopleSoft, Taleo, ADP and
SaaS apps would be a huge plus
· In-Depth understanding of coding and best practices
· Excellent Analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
· Experience with process and methodologies such Agile.
· Knowledge of industry standard third-party tools.
· Professional certification is a plus.
* Large IT domain experience is a plus
* HRMS application experience is a plus
*Enterprise Architecture experience is a plus.

*Roles & Responsibilities*: Technical Lead/ *Portal* *Solution*
*Architect*focusing on PeopleSoft HR Portals design and development.
The Candidate will be responsible for
· Capturing requirements, Design and implement
*Portal*Architecture to deliver Employee and Manager Self Service
Applications as
part of Portal content.
· Full lifecycle implementation of Portal Solution.
· Ability to lead a team of technical developers, operate across
organizations and IT systems to drive harmonizing consistent approaches in
design.
· Candidate will drive the efforts to create documents, and
communicate the *portal* strategy and roadmaps using appropriate
architectural models and views to depict future needs of the organization
that will be met in a realistic, cost-efficient, sustainable and adaptable
manner.
· Lead and manage *Portal* development team.
· *Architect*, design, and implementation of *Portal* applications.
· Develop, and demonstrate proof of concept and prototypes.
· Work with Security architect to ensure corporate security policies
are enforced for *Portal* Sites
· Work on multiple Portal feature development projects
simultaneously
