Senior Software Developer - Req #3440 Work Location:. San Diego CA 92123 Dates: 10/24/2011 - 10/19/2012 Comments/Special Instructions: This position is a supplemental resource for an existing project team that is implementing GIS based work management systems for our electric distribution and transmission systems. The core products used for these systems are ESRI ArcGIS version 9.3.3/10.1, Oracle 11g, and CityWorks version 11.x. *Qualifications: * - 5+ years development experience in an ESRI GIS environment. - Expert technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in program development in one or more technology environments. - Strong verbal and written communications, with the ability to express highly complicated technical concepts in business terms. - Expert analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. - Ability to work well on cross-functional project teams. - Strong experience in the industry or in a production/service environment similar to SEu.
