*Relevant Experience (Yrs): *3-5 Years of development/support of Informatica
– ETL and MSBI Suite (SSAS, SSRS, SSIS) related applications.
*Technical/Functional Skills*
- Need to have excellent communication skills (including English
conversation skills), have understanding of the pharmaceutical contract
management business processes, and demonstrate excellent problem solving and
critical thinking skills.
- Life Science Manufacturer / Payer business process understanding
- Consultation expertise to understand business issues and provide
solution alternatives
- Need to maintain current and holistic knowledge of the in-scope
applications and related data and processes.
- Should have knowledge of Oracle database.
- Should have knowledge of Netezza database.
- Aware of Database and Operating System terms.
- Should have service oriented and customer focused job experience.
- Should be aware of Pharma domain knowledge, terms, etc.
- Experience with Call Management tools like Remedy.
*Experience Required*: 3-5+years experience in Informatica and MSBI suite.

- Provide consultation required to enable customers to fulfill business
reporting and analysis needs
- Work with Business users to gather requirements and needs.
- Plan and organize the work assigned.
- Work with offshore team to get the work done.
- Look for new opportunities.
- Work in team effectively and efficiently
- Log calls details in Remedy. Track calls to closure
