Please find below details of a requirement for a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Business Analyst 6-month contract to start asap. PLM in our business refers to SAP term for our Food recipe management, so experience of recipe management would be nice to have PLM Data Analyst: • Responsible for performing all the non-SAP tasks to ensure correctly migrated data is in the system at go-live • Provide clear data definitions for each field • Provide input to any data cleansing rules required or established locally • Ensure legacy data is cleansed according to any agreed local data cleansing rules • Ensure any matching requirements against current live data are met · Perform any “data enhancement” tasks that are required to ensure legacy system data meets SAP system requirements, such as contacting suppliers for missing data or use of public access databases, support the business with the collection and enhancement of data • Data cleanse to prevent the loading of duplicate data • Responsible for creating any translation or mapping tools, most likely in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access, in order to convert legacy data into the SAP load template format • Manage any translation processes for test cycles and final cutover • Where required, provide realistic test data for load into SAP for any of the planned test cycles, including system and user acceptance test • Assist data owners and regional data managers with sign-off of data in the system as required • Resolve issues with migration activities identified as a result of testing • Assist with planning data cut-over activities for go-live • Supervise and guide local data resources as available Need to begin October 1 (or ASAP) and be on site 4 out of every 8 weeks in Decatur (if possible) -more (~100%) is preferred. *Kindly provide the following details for quick process:* * Full Name: Contact: Email: Current Location ( City & State ):* If you have any questions please feel free to call me.
