Cognos Developer Face to face Jersey City, NJ 3-18 months Description Job Family Description: Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. May include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations. Roles and Responsibilities: Optimize, build, and maintain Cognos Framework manager packages supporting common data sources supporting Cognos v8.4 and v10 environments. Develop transformer cubes or modify the framework package to leverage dimensional data supporting interactive reporting via Cognos v10 Business Insight. Remote work is not an option!
