They are looking for someone with SAP HR experience, specifically ESS/MSS. The project is in implementation phase. They have a team here as well as a few off shore developers. This resource must be available to be on site. In addition to the above, they are looking for someone that has testing and performance review experience. This must be a Sr. level resource that has experience leading and driving projects. They also need to have excellent communication skills.
