9.1 HRMS Personnel Administration (1 associate) and / OR HR Global Payroll
module (1 associate)
*Experience Required: *Functional expert should have atleast 2 PSFT
implementation/upgrade experience in the respective modules. One should be
in PSFT 9.x

Functional Experts should also have expertise in business process
redesign and industry best practices
*Roles & Responsibilities: Functional experts will conduct the fit/gap
activities for the upgrade programs*

They would work with the Client and Business to understand the functional
requirements and develop functional specifications.
*Generic Managerial Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills *
