*Length: 6 months * *Location: Decatur, IL* *Interview: Phone interview * *Rate: Open/hr all inclusive * *Overview:** * Coordinate efforts with our outsourced development team in design / development, perform code reviews, performance optimization on SAP Portals, as well as develop new solutions for the business units and the functional teams in SAP. Work closely with the SAP Functional team members and the Business Relationship Management team to deliver projects and enhancements. Work with the Sustain and Support team to provide knowledge transfer of newly deployed projects / tools. Requires the ability to understand business processes in order to recommend new solutions to problems / requirements. Develop technical specifications and documentation as needed. Work with near-shoe / off-shore development vendor resources as needed. This position reports to the SAP Development Team Lead. The job requires working with a diverse business community and resolve critical issues promptly in a challenging and dynamic environment. This role comes with an enormous opportunity to grow professionally, functionally, technically and personally in an efficient and collaborative team atmosphere. *Accountability:* · Follow best-in-class code review practice. · Recommend technical and process standards. · Provide level 3 SAP Portals support, as well as develop new solutions for the business units in SAP. · Responsible for requirements gathering and documentation of new / existing RICEFs. · SAP Portals RICEFs development. · Perform Code Reviews for performance optimization, and best practices. · Work closely with the Business Relationship Management team in delivering projects. · Provide support / assistance to business units in the SAP sphere. · Provide knowledge transfer / support / assistance to the Applications Sustain and Support team. · Develop technical specifications and other documentation, as needed for audit purposes. · Understand the clients business processes and recommend new solutions. · Support the BW / BI team in delivering reporting solutions. · Work with the Web Applications, Middleware, and Non-SAP teams in integration projects. · *Skills and Knowledge Required*: · 3 – 5 yrs experience with SAP Web Dynpro for Java or ABAP. · 3 - 5 yrs experience development on SAP Enterprise Portals. · SAP Enterprise Portal 7.1 and higher · Experience with NetWeaver Development Studio (NWDS). · 2+ full life-cycle implementations including post Go-Live support. · Detailed knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver Web Application Server (2004s/7.01) · Experience with RunSAP methodology. · Exposure to at least two of the following SAP modules: SD, MM, QM, PP, PM, WM, FI/CO, HR/HCM. · Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP applications. · Exposure to middleware technologies / solutions. · Experience developing technical specifications / documentation. · Experience working with remote / off-shore teams. · Exposure to other newer SAP technologies such as CRM, SRM, BI/BW (BI Accelerator), etc is a plus. · Experience with SAP NetWeaver CE 7.1 and/or BPM a plus. · Experience with Guided procedures a plus. · Knowledge of UWL/ISR a plus. · Worked with NWDI a plus. · Experience with Adobe Interactive Forms a plus. · Proven track record of successful delivery of SAP projects. · Analytically minded and methodical problem solver. · Excellent customer service, written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. · Understanding of structured project management techniques. · ITIL certified a plus. · University degree in Computer Science, Business, Logistics, or other related discipline. · Talent Management – Succession planning, Performance Management (portal business packages) Compensation Management (portal business package) Dev Technical Recruiter Osair Technologies LLC, 36 York Road, West windsor,NJ | 08540-3512 Voice : 630-566-7324 | Fax :732-289-6076 [email protected] | www.osairtech.com Yahoo IM: dev.osair | Gtalk: [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
