*Job Summary:*

As a Solution Architect, the individual will be responsible for delivering
business solutions or participating on architecture initiatives.  When
working on business initiatives, the Solution Architect will be responsible
for leading and coordinating projects from a technology perspective,
ensuring that software development life cycle activities are consistent with
the direction set by accepted best practices and client’s standards groups.
The Solution Architect may also be expected to spend a significant amount of
time on development activities. When working on architecture initiatives,
the Solution Architect will be part of a team of peers working on highly
technical, architecture initiatives. Job duties include, but are not limited
to research, tool evaluation, documenting patterns and standards, technology
evaluation and recommendation, mentoring developers through hands-on
assistance as well as formal and informal training and some technical
development. Solutions Architect must be able to take high level direction,
formulate a plan to achieve the goals and execute the plan. Solution
architect will be expected to work on multiple tasks and initiatives
concurrently.

Consultant      *

*JOB DESCRIPTION: *

·         *Should have 4 to 8 Years of PeopleSoft (HRMS), Core HR
experience.*

·         *Strong Knowledge of NA Payroll functional area is
desired(Exposure to Ben Admin /TL will be added advantage ).*

·         *Knowledge of PS HCM 9.1 is a must. *

·         *Candidate must have experience in at least 1 to 2 end to end
Upgrades / implementations*

·         *Experience in PeopleSoft Payroll Upgrade project desirable *

·         *Should be able to conduct workshops and Fit Gaps at Client site *

·         *Should be able to guide a team of 3 to 4 members*

·         *Hands on experience in People Tools like Peoplecode, App
Designer, Application Engine, Application packages, IB,XML Publisher, PS
Query etc. *

·         *Strong in Advanced SQL and SQR *

·         *The candidate should have Good Communication and Client facing
skills.*

·         *Should be able to provide solutions and guide team member *
