*Primary Duties and Responsibilities: *

Design and implement solution frameworks and reusable components

Help define requirements for the implementation on new/existing platforms
and reusable components

Create standards and design patterns

Work closely with internal IT and business staff.

Provides subject matter expertise on platforms, patterns and standards.

*Knowledge/Abilities: *

Strong Architectural skills

6+ years of Lodestar experience

Strong Microsoft skills

C#
-
Web services/XML
-
MS framework

Expert in Oracle (PL/SQL)

Excellent communication skills

Ability to find creative solutions when options are limited.

Team player.

Ability to communicate technical content to non-technical audiences.
*Education/Experience:*

8-10 years of experience in IT- Application Development.

3 years of experience with designing solutions and architecture.

Energy Industry experience preferred.
