Please see the below job description for the position that I have available:
1) JUNIT development
2) JUNIT testing
3) Experience from co's with high transactions (i.e. BofA, financial co's,
etc.)
*Location: Dallas (Only Local Candidates)*
Duration: This is a contract only - but through the end of the year is
already budgeted, but could possibly extend into next year...
J-UNIT and J-UNIT testing, and experience from co's w/high transactions, *and
someone with energy will be the keys to getting hired...(i.e. quiet and
timid don't do well)*
Working in teams with little to no client interaction...
It is a "diverse" team...but they do need good communication skills...
Panel interview with 3 people and will need to be able to White Board in the
interview. Open ended questions. Need solid, detailed answers, can't just
say they've used it. *J-Unit* and *test drive development* are the 2 most
important things. They have been interviewing for 2 weeks and all candidates
have been lacking in these 2 areas. Candidates need to be able to describe
what it is, the pros and cons, and specific examples of using it. Other
important things are object oriented development principles, spring and
hibernate. Part of the interview the candidate will be required to
whiteboard. They are given 5 questions they need to answer using Java code.
Candidate needs to be relaxed and easy going,
4 3 - 5 years of progressive work experience designing business processes,
process mapping, working on process improvement initiatives, and business
applications system design.
4 Experience testing and debugging business application systems and
processes.
4 Experience developing software products for clinical environments and
medical labs
4 Ability and experience to facilitate JAD sessions or other requirements
gathering processes.
4 Knowledge and ability to apply OOD (Java, HTML, XML, Java Script, and
Patterns) and impact to the application development process.
4 Knowledge of web development methodologies, application design,
navigation, and information architecture.
