Title: Business Analyst with Life Insurance Duration: 6-12+ Months *Location: Topeka, Kansas, USA* Job Description: 1.US life insurance industry knowledge (preferably in US Life Insurance & pensions) – 7 to 10 years experience 2.Highly desired skills: good communication, good articulation & documentation, good analytical capabilities 3.Participate in review meetings for System Requirements & Specifications (SRS) 4.Experienced in requirements documentation, its review, base lining & management tools - Rational Software Architect, & Visio, etc. Strong grasp of MS Office 5.Highly desired to have at least 2 project lifecycle experience for web-based portal development projects, preferably in Insurance sector 6.Use case writing experience 7.Good knowledge of complete project life cycle 8.Good knowledge of testing & versioning tools 9.Designing /contributing the user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces 10.Experience in portal development projects as BA 11.Contribute towards completion of other documents like Wireframes, Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) during the RA phase 12.Assist with presentation of SRS and associated documents for Sign off formalities Responsible for knowledge transition to client Development resources working on the program for various phases (Specific to the CLP Online Portal program alone) Thanks and Regards, Manoj/InfoTech Spectrum Inc.
