Very strong understanding of MDM concepts 2. Deep knowledge of the IBM MDM Server Product Architecture and underlying Data Model 3. Ability to function at the interface between IT and Business 4. Experience with mapping Business Requirements to a Solution Architecture 5. Has performed the 'role' of a Product consultant or a Business Architect wit MDM Server projects 6. Strong Data background - Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Migration, Data Governance 7. Ability to generate multiple solution options and discuss pros and cons with Business and IT stakeholders; Especially dialog about placement of attributes - master data, transactional data, analytical data etc. 8. Good communicator, with proven relationship building skills and a pleasant and easy to work with personality 9. Willing to join TCS full time at some future time, if not immediately 10.
