J2EE Resource with Configuration Management Exp - URGENT URGENT

*Key Responsibilities*
1. Should be able to guide the migration of Java code libraries from
PVCS/SVN to TFS ( after doing initial Proof of concept ). Be able to
implement the overall
Configuration Management process for Java in TFS ( Team Foundation Server )
2. Should also be able to coordinate the effort with offshore teams
and directly interact with Clients/Customer
3. May have to coordinate the development and implementation of other
projects with offshore and Clients/Customer
4. Should be very good in communication and presentation
