*Duration: Contract for-hire* *Strong J2EE developer with Struts, Spring, and REST experience is MUST.*** *Project Management/Business/People Skills* - Demonstrates project estimation capabilities, using experience and other projects as a proxy for a development effort. - Capable of interacting with the project resources: technical resources, functional experts, business systems analysts, and business users. - Ability to identify risks throughout the project and providing mitigation strategy - Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential with both internal and external resources - Provides leadership and direction to staff, setting clear expectations and communicating feedback regularly. - Responsible for effectively managing own time according to agreed-to priorities. *Requirements/Qualifications:* - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or similar degree - 5+ years in java web development with at least experience with large scale and complex systems. - Experience with multi-tiered architectures, including UI design, business rules layer, and data architecture. - Experience creating technical documentation & system designs. - Experience with common software development methodologies like waterfall, agile, etc. - Experience with DAM (Digital Asset Management) systems like Documentum or Artesia is desirable. - Technical Project Management experience on small to moderate complex level projects is desirable. - Proven track record on his/her Business Acumen.
