* * *Position: Peoplesoft HCM/HRMS Benefits Analyst Duration: 3-6+ months Location: Melbourne, FL Description:* -Understanding how to run BenAdmin Base Benefits- How to read the pages, i.e. elect field and deduction date(effdate on base tables) -Vendor eligibility files- flat and 834 v 5010- Standard reading of files and values. Customer exports all vendor data to SAS and runs files from there. -The SAS program is not pulling all the needed fields and thus customer wrote a ton of custom logic to do what PS delivers. -Day 1 subtraction for coverage ends at the vendor -How to handle Domestic Partners -How to update and the maintain the HRMS system tables (ebenefits text/flat/age graded tables/elig rules'geo tables etc). -In 9.1 how to utilize the new tables for dependent certification, the event rules new fields. -How to validate eBenefits self service events text and such -Queries- Running with expressions and logic similar to a SQL statement. -Ability to write SQL statements and build enhanced queries Thanks and Regards, Manoj/InfoTech Spectrum Inc.
