Feel free to contact me at # 847-557-8475 *Role :- Enterprise Infrastructure UNIX Engineers* *Location :- *St. Louis, MO *Duration :- 6-12 months* * * *Responsibilities: * Ø Utilizing *Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and VMware ESX ESXI 3.5* or higher in a data center environment. Ø *Using Ksh, bash, and Perl scripting*. Ø Documenting new processes and procedures *including Disaster Recovery strategies*. *Required skills: * Ø 7 + years of experience working as a *UNIX Engineer*. Ø Must have recent exposure to *AIX 5.3 and/or Solaris 9/10*. Ø Must have experience working on a platform migration of middleware and application components (*AIX to Linux, Solaris to Linux*, etc.) Ø SAN / Storage Technology experience required. Ø Previous *Oracle database experience*. Ø Prior experience documenting *legacy systems*. Ø Experience with *ITIL & Six Sigma methodologies* required. *Responsibilities: * Ø Professional exposure *to JBoss, WebLogic, or J2EE* from an installation / support perspective is a plus. Ø Preference will be given to candidates with *WebMethods ESB* or *other Enterprise Service Bus* technology from an installation/support perspective. Ø Automated provisioning, patching, and compliance checking enforcements tools including BMC Blade logic is preferred. Ø EMX DMX experience is preferred. Ø Exposure to *Oracle 10g, 11g, RAC, OEM/GC* is desired. Ø The ideal candidate would have *exposure to Cisco UCS blades*. Ø *MS Project, HP Project, and Portfolio Management PPM* exposure is desired. Ø Supporting *SAP applications* is preferred. Ø *EMC Documentum* experience is a plus. Ø *Business Intelligence BI* components experience preferred.
