*Responsibilities: *

The Technical Specialist I -HR Support will be responsible for the
following:

   - All technical support responsibilities associated with all systems
   supporting HR, Benefits and Corporate Training/Development as follows:
   - In house systems, interfaces & technologies
   - Vendor systems
   - Technology Assessments, requirements and Standards
   - Departmental Business Applications both in-house and 3rd party*
   *
   - Communicates and applies project management standards.
   - Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for
   supported business unit.
   - Systems and Technology Evaluations
   - IT Vendor Management
   - Database management activities
   - Report development responsibilities

*Qualifications: *

   - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
   - 5+ years IT experience with 3 to 5 years project management and
   leadership responsibilities.
   - Strong technical analysis and conceptual design skills.
   - Knowledge of application development methodologies, tool sets and
   technologies.
   - HR, Benefits business background a plus.
   - Experience with standard report writers and analysis tools is required.


Reporting Tool Experience Required, i.e. Business Objects, Cognos, Xcelsius,
etc
