*Job Title*                     SAP CRM Functional Onsite

*Work Location           *Waterloo

*Duration                     *12 Months



*Relevant Experience (Yrs) *    5 and above

*Technical/Functional Skills*

   - Experience in configuration of End to End Service Scenarios starting
   from Service Contract, Service Order, Warranty, Claims, In-House Repair,
   Third Party Service, Service Confirmation etc.
   - Knowledge of other SAP CRM Modules – Sales, Marketing, I.C, E-Service
   is essential
   - *Experience Required*  SAP CRM experience of 3-5 years as a Functional
   Consultant
   - At least 2 full SAP CRM Service Project of significant size, scope and
   complexity
   - Experience in CRM 7.0  version is essential
   - Experience working with BSP/Middleware is desirable


   - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills



*Roles & Responsibilities*

   - Work on upcoming SAP CRM  project as Functional Consultant
   - Recommending solution through SAP CRM & configuring SAP CRM
   - Responsible for project documentation and macro analysis


   -  Work involves interaction with the client and the key users
   - Requirements gathering & performing scoping studies
   - Recommending solution through SAP CRM & configuring SAP CRM
   - Training key users

·         Hands on Experience Specializing in *SAP* *Ecommerce* on *CRM* 7.0,
6.0, 5.0 and *SAP* IPC,

·         Good experience on *SAP* *CRM* *Ecommerce* Functional.



*Experience Required*

·         Should have CRM/ECC Web channel experience on CRM2007/CRM 7.0 &
ECC 6.0 release.

·         The candidate is responsible for the creation of Functional specs,
configuration guides and test scripts.

·          Hands on experience in *SAP* *CRM* *Ecommerce* B2B
Implementation.

·         The candidate should possess strong experience with XCM, Shop
admin and other ISA functions.

·         Extensive experience with Order Management, Pricing configuration.

·         The candidate should possess excellent communication, analytical
and quality assurance skills.
