Will lead large/in-depth projects, work on difficult issues. Must Have Skills: ? 5+ years of large scale, full lifecycle development experience and at least 2 years as a lead engineer. ? 3+ years experience developing PHP and Javascript applications. ? Linux, PHP, MVC Design Pattern, MySQL, Makefile, SVN, Eclipse, Xdebug (for profiling), Java technologies. ? Custom PHP Apps Development ? Custom PHP MySQL Application ? Dynamic Website and Web Portal ? Will be using PHP 5, Perl, Javascript (w or w/o jQuery), MySQL ? Strong hands-on coding XML, CSS, HTML. ? Strong knowledge of application development. ? Very good communication skills which will facilitate working with people at remote locations. ? Flexibility to adjust to changing needs. ? Ability to understand and decipher customer needs. ?
