Quality Assurance Analyst – perform master test plans, test cases, test scripts, test results, automated testing and documentation of all phases of the QA process. Responsible for using a strong hands-on method when testing and QA with all application codes and enhancements Follow a rigorous system development life cycle (SDLC); and adhere to Change Controls and Problem Management procedures.
