Position: Data Warehouse Location: Topeka, KS Duration: 16 month Applications, in order of priority (number in parentheses indicates the strength of the requirement, out of 5): 1. (5) Expert knowledge and 3 years experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage (formerly “Ascential”) 8.1 ETL tool, used in a PeopleSoft EPM HCM and/or FMS warehouse environment (version 7.5.2 is OK). b. Detailed knowledge of architecture and methodology of DataStage ETL maps delivered with EPM and custom routines developed for use in them. c. Demonstrable experience with performance tuning of DS ETL maps. d. (4) Expert knowledge and experience with OBIEE 10g/11g, including both: e. Repository development and maintenance f. Report & dashboard creation g. (3) Knowledge & experience of Oracle PeopleSoft EPM 9.1 data warehouse systems (version 9.0 is OK; 8.9 is acceptable) h. (1) Knowledge & experience of Oracle PeopleTools 8.50 or greater (8.49 is OK) i. (1) Knowledge & experience of Oracle databases, version 11g preferred (9i/10g is OK) j. Strong Oracle SQL skills k. Good understanding of DBA skills such as table tuning, indexing, etc General: 1. (4) Deep understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence principles and practice. (CBIP certification is good) b. Experience of three relevant implementations, in some capacity (or equivalent). c. (3) Ability to run a PeopleSoft EPM implementation, as: d. Project Manager, including expert skills in e. management of overall project lifecycle & schedule f. people management, of customer team members and managers g. communication, particularly via standard project documentation h. Functional reporting analyst i. Technical developer/analyst (see applications section) j.
