*Job Title: Unix Admin with CCNA
Location: SF Bay Area, CA
Contract 3-6 months, but Very likely to go Long-term


Technical Support/Escalation Engineer --* 5+ years Unix Administration
experience and CCNA Certification MUST HAVE’s*

Requirements:
EXPERIENCE
*5 Years UNIX System Administration + Escalations Support *

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
CCNA required / CCNP strongly preferred

Mentoring Tech Leads –* strong communication about new technical issues
with tools and how they can be solved
Providing expert technical support for an assigned client product(s):*
1) *Resolves technical problems for assigned products that cannot be
resolved by Support Tech leads and Technical Support Engineers (TSE’s).
2) Mentors the Support Tech Leads and Technical Support Engineers (TSE’s)
about the technical operation of an assigned product.

Drive complex technical issues to a successful resolution - effectively
communicate with Developers and Management to get desired results
Complete Root Cause Analysis for complex technical problems – do not just
solve individual cases
Accept ownership of Escalation cases for assigned product within SLA
guidelines.*

Soft Skills:
*Management presentation skills
Comfortable working in a high pressure environment to quickly solve
