*Job Title* Windows System Administrator (1 Associate)

*Relevant Experience (Yrs) * 4-6 years
*Technical/Functional Skills *
•Candidates whose background and expertise satisfy most of the following
selection criteria are sought:
• Degree, majoring in Computer Science/Information Systems, with a
minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Windows Server Administration
• Strong understanding of Windows and Unix Servers
• Extensive hands-on experience in patch installations, upgrade and
maintenance of the Windows server infrastructure
• Expertise in issue troubleshooting with respect to the server
infrastructure and ability to understand the impact of external issues to
the Windows and Unix servers
• Experience in designing disaster recovery and backup plans for the
server infrastructure
• Proficiency in suggesting scalability and performance improvements
for the infrastructure
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent co-ordination skills
• Microsoft certified associates are preferred
• Understanding of the statistical measures to improve and report
performance is desirable
• Proven ability to support major technology initiatives and tasks of
the unit including coordination of working teams and maintenance of close
and constructive working relationships with management and staff in
defining and resolving technology issues.
• Proven conceptual, analytical and judgmental skills.*

*Roles & Responsibilities*
· Lead the team of 15 associates and consistently achieve and
exceed the set operational targets
· Report accurately the metrics on a monthly basis, secure
approvals for exceptions if any, perform RCA of the high severity incidents
and communicate with the Customer
· Track infrastructure volumes for baselining
· Effectively collaborate with the interfacing teams to communicate
and finalize scheduled change requests, perform thorough impact analysis of
the changes to the infrastructure
· Should be able to manage a diverse workforce of US and
Mexico-based associates.
