This is a Direct client requirement. Need EAD/GC/US citizens *JD as follows:* Title: Sr. Programmer Analyst Duration: 3 months Contract to Hire or Full Time Location: Rockville MD (MD, VA, DC are also fine) Visa: EAD/GC/Full Time Requirements Skills and Requirements: 7 years of experience as a software engineer with at least 2 years of that in the technologies mentioned below including: • experience using ASP.Net 3.5 Web and Window Application including Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 3.5, C#, VB.Net technologies. • Implementing MVP (Model-View-Presenter) pattern • Designing and developing ASP.net MVC using JQuery library leveraging REST architectural style in web applications • Implementing different design patterns such as Bridge pattern, Factory pattern, Proxy pattern, Observer patterns • Knowledge and experience on WPF and different tools used in WPF such as Snoop, Mole, XAMLPad, Expression blend • experience on XAML programming and knowledge of MVVM pattern and Composite framework • experience on WCF programming and implemented SOA strategy for Biztalk server • Experience in Agile methodology and developing projects using TDD (Test Driven Development) and various testing frameworks like NUnit, MSTest, Pex using different Mock framework like Typemock, NMock and coverage tool NCover • Experience in LINQ for writing database queries and object queries • Exposure to Selenium in web development test area • 3 years of knowledge and experience in ADO.Net Entity Framework and LINQ to Entity • Experience in UDP Socket programming, web application development using – HTML, CSS, JQuery, DHTML, JavaScript and XML, VB6, COM/DCOM and RPC technology, CSS and AJAX Web browser technology, designing Web Services and deploying them on application server. • Experience in ADO.NET components such as DataGrids, DataList, Datasets, DataTables, ORACLE and SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 – SQL, T-SQL (Stored Procedure and Functions). • Microsoft certifications should include: o Windows-based Applications with Microsoft Visual C# .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET o Designing and Implementing Databases with Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Edition • Experience with Multithreading concepts and Asynchronous communication desired. • Experience designing and developing web/backend applications or services using C# and ASP.NET, SQL server 2005/oracle and Visual Studio 2005/2008. • Experience with SQL Server 2005/oracle including database schema design, query optimization, stored procedures, views, triggers, database permissions, database encryption, connection pooling and transactions. • Proven understanding of object-oriented concepts, design patterns, and development processes. • Able to work in a team or independently when needed. • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with XML Web services. • Payment or Financial Industry Experience is a preferred or experience with large volume transaction processing networks.
