Job Title: Wireframe/Website Designer
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 12+ Months

Experience 9 years of min exp along with a degree
DCPS is a 6 year long contract. 5 more years remaining on the contract.
Selected candidate will undergo Public TRust Clearance
Required Skills*
Experience in organizing details into a complete user interface
design specification that will be used as a blueprint for development.
Experience with user research methodologies to better understand
users and test the usability of features and conceptual designs.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and seeing
them through completion within or ahead of schedule.
Experience in developing 508 compliance wireframes and utilizing
various web development techniques.
Extensive knowledge and experience with Web development,
usability, and accessibility issues
Experience designing wireframes with Axure RP Pro or Microsoft
Visio.
Experience with graphic design, webpage building and wireframe
development, design and implement graphic design to effectively communicate
mission and priorities.
Experience using computer-based graphic design tools such as Adobe
Photoshop.
Design and code Web pages using user interface best practices,
including accessibility and usability.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM scripting, and/or AJAX.
Experience creating multimedia, including photo galleries,
slideshows, and videos embedded in Web pages.
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
