Job Title:SOA Lead/Architect

Client Immediate need for a highly motivated Subject Matter Expert with a
JEE SOA Solutions Architecture design/implementation background. The
candidate must be able to pass a Federal Suitability Check for a position
of public trust. The candidate will be responsible for the architecture
design, development and implementation of a SOA based JEE based software
system with a user base of 30,000 – 50,000 users.
Demonstrated experience as a SOA solution expert in leading and
managing J2EE/JEE based software development efforts for large scale
successful Service Oriented Architecture implementations (user base of
30,000 – 50,000)
Experience with SOA implementation involving the use of
Enterprise Service bus, Rules Engine, Process Orchestration, BPM , BPEL,
Web Services, MQ, JMS, XML technologies
Extensive knowledge in creating standards, best practices and
guidelines for SOA infrastructure/implementations
Knowledge of multiple aspects of integration and SOA processes,
patterns and technologies
Experience in developing SOA guidelines, policies and processes
and guiding design teams
Strong object oriented software development experience in JAVA,
J2EE/JEE technologies
Solid technical experience with J2EE technologies such as Core
Java, JSP, EJB, JDBC, JMS, Spring, and Servlets
Extensive experience in developing Java Web Services WSDL, SOAP,
RESTful, JAX-WS, JAX-RPC,WS-Security
Experience with enterprise-level SDLC
Proven experience in technology and solution leadership
Effective independent and team player and with high adaptability
to new technologies
Have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication
skills
Must be able to navigate in a Windows workstation setting, and
have excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
Candidate must be able to effectively interact with all levels of customer
staff, and be able to flourish in a government contract setting.
Candidate should be able to adapt to a changing environment.

SOA certification
Experience with FUSE ESB
Experience with JBRMS/DROOLs by Redhat
Expertise with SOA system implementations using WebSphere Process Server,
WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus, WebSphere Registry and Repository, and
DROOLs
