Job Description: *Role: Business Systems Analyst* Location: Princeton NJ Duration: Long term Brief Job Description:The Billing Business Analyst position is a key position for an international billing project. The individual who fills this role will define and normalize requirements and perform process redesign across multiple business units and global regions. Experience working with or implementing a new international billing system is a must! Responsibilities: • Work with Business SMEs (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Sales, Finance) and the technical team to document business and functional requirements, functional design, testing strategy and test plans. Documentation includes use cases, business requirements, as-is processes, to-be processes and systems • Manage the business requirements process, including detailed requirements sessions, open issues, required artifacts and data samples, and review and signoff by core team and stakeholders.
