– 4+ years of experience with Oracle apps Financial
Modules(AP/AR/PA/GL/CM/FA)
– Good Problem solving and Analytical skill
– Oracle Apps 11.i or 12 Techno Functional knowledge in Financial
Modules(AP/AR/PA/GL)
– XML Publisher
– JAVA
– D2K Forms and Reports Knowledge
– Sql/Plsql Knowledge
– Basic Unix Commands
4+ Years
– Provide 3rd Level production support for critical issues during EST
business hours (Mon-Fri) for Oracle apps
– Provide regular and continuous communication to user community
– Continually focus on identifying opportunities to improve support
services (reducing support footprint/ improving support services)
– Continually interact with Portfolio leads/Dev team to share support
stories that the Dev team needs to address
– Perform client expectation management

– Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with teams
– Ability to communicate, through discussion and written materials,
about analyses undertaken and analytic approaches
– Ability to work effectively in teams and directly with business
sponsors
