6-8 yrs and above,   5-6 yrs in enterprise wide development & support, 5+
years as support lead/Analyst

   - 5 -6   years of Enterprise application development, support experience
   - Windows Administration and application development on that platform
   (software installations, log troubleshooting, interfaces between systems) –
   including virtual implementations
   - Understanding of TCP IP Networking   DHCP and basic tools
   - Harvest/SCM source code repositories
   - Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 and Oracle RAC from an application
   perspective
   - DBMS, SQL, Microsoft Batch processing, Visual Basic scripting
   - VB/VB .Net
   - .NET programming
   -  Creation/implementation of SQL Reporting and Crystal Reports
   - Data manipulation, interface creation & data stripping
   - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong customer
   focus as this person will be responsible for daily communications to
   management and internal organizations regarding status of all assigned
   projects and tasks.  Provides problem log (issue log) and system service
   request status to analysts, management, and business owners or users.
   Works with external organizations to gather requirements and resolve issues

*SECONDARY SKILLS *

   - Knowledge in terms of Workforce Management, Time and Attendance,
      Scheduling in Retail Domain.
      - Preferred Kronos (or any Workforce Management tool) exposure.
   - Minimum 6-8 years
   - Experience in working on enterprise wide development and support
   - Manageability of the application from an Enterprise viewpoint
   - Experience in working in distributed team development environment
   - Good knowledge of Support Process
   - Preferred Labor Management experience (Time & Attendance, Scheduling,
   etc.) in Retail Domain.
   - As a support lead would be responsible to manage the application at an
   Enterprise Level, met the SLAs of delivery
   - Will provide technical leadership to onsite and offshore teams
   - Interact with business users/IT to understand the current issues and
   new requirements
   - Able to provide process improvements to improve the service level.
   - Overall delivery coordinator for offshore



Good inter personal skills in managing client and offshore.
