Works with: Under direction of Manager of Application Development PeopleSoft System Administrator and Developer(s) Oracle Database Administrator Infrastructure/Network Architects Security Analyst *Types of activities:* Infrastructure design Sizing, performance, scalability, security, dependability, versatility, supportability, availability Installation and configuration PeopleSoft web & app servers, integration broker, process scheduler Configuring Microsoft IIS 7.0 on Windows 2008 as a Reverse Proxy Server (RPS) for Web Logic web server Integration of Multiple Proxy web server sites (Microsoft IIS server) with Netscaler/F5 load balancer Multiple instances can either be independent instances, or grouped into a cluster Selection and application of updates and patches for PeopleSoft application and infrastructure to support CG/TAM Assist DBA with configuration, sizing and security Recommend maintenance plan Lead testing efforts for load/performance, security and devices Resolution of technical issues Experience in how to Identify Session Stickiness Problem On Load Balancer Experience in using tools such as ie., http headers, LIVE HTTP HEADERS, Fiddler to collect browser headers and debugging to resolve session persistence issues. Verity Integration broker Etc. Monitoring Implement IIS multi site configuration proxy content to managed server instance of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture on Multiple web instances of web logic server(PIA1, PIA2 and so on). Environment People Tools 8.49 PeopleSoft 9.0 Only tax updates applied Oracle 10g RAC Multi application and web servers F5/Netscaler load balancer Proxy content managed server instance of PIA, PIA1, PIA2, and so on to IIS proxy web server.
