Excellent communication skills, work ethics and the ability to work well in
a team or individual environment are a must.

*Experience Required*:
- Hands on experience in application development using Java, J2EE,
Hibernate, Spring, Camel, Transformation, Drools, JBPM .
- Experienced in Software development and business modeling of Web
applications, Client/Server systems, Distributed Applications and other
custom-built projects on UNIX and Windows.
- Proficient in database development using Oracle.
- Strong in Object - oriented design/analysis, Classic design patterns,
J2EE patterns.
- Thorough knowledge with J2EE application platform configuration and
performance optimization. Hands on experience with J2EE application
deployment technology, EJB transaction implementation (CMP, BMP,
Message-Driven Beans).

*Roles & Responsibilities*:
- Work with the Business analyst during requirements gathering and study
- Analysis of requirements
- Creating HLD and LLD
- Design and development of application to meet the requirements
- Developing Unit test specifications and test data.
- Ensuring that the developed programs meets the Java coding standards
- Performing Unit Testing and Development Integration Testing
- Developing scripts/tools for automation
- Ensuring the overall Quality of the project during all the stages of
the project

*Education: *Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
