· Knowledge of Integration Development Life Cycle
· Ability to lead integration project and drive teams to meet
quality and schedule
· Experience with WebMethods 6.5 / 7.1 Architecture like Broker,
Integration Server, BAM, JDBC Adapters, SAP Adapter, Salesforce.com
Adapter, J2EE Clients, Custom Connectors.
· In depth technical knowledge about SOA and Web Services and Web
Logic
· Expertise in design and delivery of integrations for applications
but not limited to Oracle Applications/DB, Oracle R12, SAP, Clarify/AMDOCS,
Siebel, Custom and Packaged J2EE Applications, using protocols but not
limited to EDI, Rosettanet, SOAP, XML, REST Web Services, all flavors of
FTP (FTP, sFTP, FTPS), JDBC, with security, encryption, audit trail,
exception handling, monitoring and recovery/resubmit features built into
the integration solution.

· Ability to understand Business processes and translate them into
requirements
· Be involved in the application(s) technical architecture
analysis, design, implementation, and reviews; and ensure that the product
fulfills the requirements
· Define the technical reference Document, ensuring that it meets
the business requirements and performance goals of the application.
Establish the role as a key WM solutions expert
· Knowledgeable to work with common tools such as Microsoft
Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Visio (Basic)
· Strong Communication and presentation skills
· Prepare status reports to build lead
· Provide feedback to Project Manager
· Coordinate tasks assigned to team. Responsible to provide
mentoring and guidance to the team members actually doing the hands on
development integration projects
· Knowledge about Service Oriented Architecture and principles
· Ability to develop and validate test cases, plans and results.
· Should be able to work independently with guidance from
the customer
Good inter personal skills in managing client and offshore Development team
