*Title: Performance Test Lead* *Duration: 6-12+ Months* *Location – Erie, PA, USA* *Job Description:* -Understand/Identify the performance critical business processes and manage testing efforts from planning through execution -Coordinate with stake holders to get clarifications on Functional and Non Functional Requirements -Work with software developers to identify performance improvement opportunities and translate them in Work Load Models -Advanced understanding of throughput, latency, memory and CPU utilization. Resource usage monitoring/analysis for physical Servers, application Servers or databases. -Ability to filter volumes of data, analyze performance results and diagnose performance problems -Design the performance testing framework and work with the entire architecture group to define and guide the overall architectural direction, especially from the Quality and testability perspective -Plan and manage rollouts of enhancement and maintenance upgrades to performance automation platforms in a fast-paced, highly integrated work environment. * * *prior experience with following technologies:* a. HP Performance Center, Load Runner/VuGen v11 b. Web-based applications. c. Web services (knowledge of WSDL, SOAP, XML) d.
