Prefer experience in data & requirements analysis working with pricing, merchandising, or category management applications of either a package or custom nature. Experience working with off-shore development is preferred. Experience in CPG industry (retail, manufacturing, or distribution) is helpful. *Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are critical; possessing the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business teams. Applicant must possess strong group facilitation skills, as well as strong written & verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Also preferred is prior experience with modeling languages (BPMN) and software (ARIS or Visio) for representation of use-cases, process and data flows and business requirements.
