Job Title:PHP Developer Location: Minnetonka, MN Duration: 6+ Months *Direct Client Requirement Writes code, relational databases, and performs related quality control and testing for assigned projects. Key Functions:-* Develop code for assigned projects that adheres to project requirements primarily using PHP, some HTML. Work with peers and development lead to help determine best programming practices used for a project. Perform quality control and testing of web programming to ensure functionality. Adhere to version control policies and maintain defect tracking database for each project. Troubleshoot development issues and works with development team, project managers, creative and account teams to discuss development related issues and/or the impact of their specific development requests on the project. Obtain advanced knowledge of current industry technologies and research emerging technologies. Share knowledge with appropriate internal staff. *Functional Competencies* 4+ years experience programming/developing in PHP, HTML, HTML5, XML, and Flash strongly desired as well as a basic understanding of database development. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Experience working with PHP based content management systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately estimate job time. Understands client’s needs, including budgeted time allotted, and translates that into an exceptional result. Demonstrates sound judgment/reasoning, decision-making, negotiation, organizational and presentation skills.
