Job Requirements : • Participates in the analysis and evaluation of computer systems and business processes. Prepares and obtains approval of system and process documentation. • Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. • Researches data and generates reports that are easy to consume/visualize. • Customizes Excel/SQL/Access applications to create information that effectively incorporate business rules, policies or processes. • Develops the digital infrastructure (relational database, cubes) that enable the business to analyze its current performance and is able to identify risk patterns or opportunities. • Works with Program Manager to identify, prioritize and effectively schedule tasks. Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required, Overall 3-5 years’ work related experience • Extensive experience with SQL Development or Analysis • Ability to write complex SQL query , SQL cubes, stored procedures and functions in database programs. • At least one year Hands-on experience with PowerPivot • Knowledge or experience defining baseline measurements; identifying KPI and metrics; setting targets against metrics. • Must have strong analytical skills with a focus on trend analysis and basic understanding of forecasting.
