*QA Test Manager*
QA Test Managers are responsible for directing, controling, maintaining,
and delivering the testing function within an application or a project.
They provide knowledge and guidance to teams in the preparation of test
plans (integration testing, UAT) together with the IT and business
resources. They also coordinate and manage the testers and monitor delivery
of testingto time, quality, and cost.

*Senior*
A senior experience level is defined as either *having 10+ years in the IT
space or 5+ years in the specific technology* they are contracted for.
Resources at this level would be expected to be able to take on both
though leadership and team leadership roles and could work with little
direction.

*Role: Automation Engineer(QTP)*
*Duration: 3-6 months*
*Location: Dallas TX*
*Mode Of Interview: Telephonic + In-person*

*Primary experience / skills that are needed*
- Few years on QTP with knowledge on descriptive programming, advanced
concepts of the tool
- Proficient in VB Scripting
- Experience in building modular QTP scripts using VB functions and sub
routines
- Experience in testing web applications, flex UI
- Knowledge of webservices and SoapUI testing
- Knowledge of Quality Center
- Exposure to source repositories like SVN
*Responsibilities would be*
- Create QTP scripts using our automation framework
- Generate SoapUI tests and integrate them with QTP
- Work closely with development scrum teams to understand the
requirements
- Integrate the test scripts with our continuous build framework
*Others*
- Understanding of QA practices
- Exposure to Agile development environment
- Ability to work in a co-located team environment
- Good communication skills
