Title: Oracle Application Consultant Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 9 Months+ Please send resumes to [email protected] Description: This is a hands-on development role. Currently this environment has two different Oracle e-Business suites in production, 11i and R12. This role will entail the preparation of consolidating the 11i into the R12 Oracle e-Business suite. Development of applications as well as enhancements and modifications to existing code will be required. The work will also be in preparation to move to a different Hardware configuration and Data Center than what they are currently utilizing, essentially moving to a different platform. The Infrastructure Architecture piece is being/has been handled in preparation for this consolidation and move. The person will also be tasked in later phases/ stages to help with the implementation as well as process design. This will entail sitting with the end user to understand the impact as well as formulate the process designs based on the users feedback. The development will be with PL/SQL as well as Java for server side development. 3 + years of experience developing applications in an Enterprise environment.
