-       Adhering to SLAs

-       Reporting to the Track Lead / Team Lead

-       Helping team members in case of Issues/Technical Problems

-       Handling tickets / requests

-       Troubleshooting technical issues

-       Ensuring that the processes are adhered to

-       Responsible for successful completion of Installation,
configuration and migration

-       Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA

-       Responsible for building / maintaining a test environment

-       Implementing new technologies and design changes

-       Applying patches/upgrades to maintain security level

1. Installing, configuring and maintaining Win2K, Win2K3 servers with
knowledge of NT4.0

2. User Account administration

3. File and Printer administration

4. Patch administration and deployment

5. Fine-tune the system for optimal performance

6. Troubleshooting Clusters and related issues in a SAN environment

7. Experience in atleast one backup tool – BackupExec /Netbackup /Arcserve/
Legato

8. Troubleshooting Hardware and Operating system related issue

9. Should have good communication and customer interaction skills.

10. Must have aptitude and attitude to learn / work on new technologies.
