*Job Description *







*         Experienced in Remedy AR System, ITSM 7.x modules (Incident,
Change, Problem, Asset, SLM), SRMS and Atrium CMDB.



*         Extensive knowledge about Remedy ITSM Configuration and usage



*         Requires Remedy development knowledge. Ability to work on
workflow objects (AL, Filters, and Escalations etc.)



*         Remedy Mid-Tier Configuration/ administration



*         Integration  with BMC and 3rd party tools



*         Preferably ITIL V3 certified.



*         Knowledge of Web Services.



*         CMDB experience.
