SKILLS Qualifications: Requirements: - Prefer Java Developers who have worked in Lead Roles, but the Developer is required to be a senior individual (8+ years of JAVA experience MINIMUM, preferably 10+ years of JAVA experience) - Excellent communication skills are a must. - Experience with full development lifecycle including everything from requirements through post-implementation support. Strong Java / J2EE programming skills required: • Application Architect (not Technical Architect) that can demonstrate the ability in application design. Someone who has interpreted business requirements and functional specs, devised an application design, documented it in both UML and verbiage, and is fluent in Web / Network / OOP / RDBMS / Design Patterns "techno-speak" • Experience with full development lifecycle including everything from requirements through post-implementation support • Java 2, Apache Struts, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, JSP (custom tags a plus), JSTL, XML, JMS • MVC Applications with Apache Struts • Developer must have experience building web applications in which the model and view behave differently depending upon user- or group-specific criteria • Strong Oracle Relational Database experience and good understanding of database designing • Strong hands on experience with PL/SQL database programs (Functions, Stored Procedures, Packages and Triggers) • Design Patterns • HTML and Javascript • Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming. • UML • WebLogic Application Server The following experience is preferred but not critical: ?
