Boston, MA 6+ months rate: market Candidates must have Agile and Selenium Must have 8+ years of experience Seeking a Software QA Automation Lead to work with a fast paced Agile development team. This key role will be responsible for the continuous implementation and improvement of functional test automation. This role reports directly to the Software Quality Assurance Manager and the person must have the following experience and capabilities: · Experience with quality assurance and test automation development within an Agile development environment · Knowledge of Web testing techniques and best practices · Strong knowledge of HTML, Java/Javascript, Web Services, XML, SQL · Experience developing automated test suites using Selenium or other automated testing tools · Working knowledge of build tools (Hudson/Jenkins, Apache Maven, etc) · Excellent problem solving, planning and analytical skills · Exposure and experience to load/scalability testing techniques and testing tools (Jmeter/LoadRunner) a plus · BS in Computer Science or Engineering preferred Responsibilities: · Lead a team of 2+ automation engineers (both local and offshore) to define and implement the automation strategy and infrastructure on our web applications · Develop robust, reusable automated functional and regression test suites · Contribute to the design and implementation of a suite of enterprise applications, in an Agile development environment, with an eye towards quality, performance, and testability · Design and implement frameworks for testing web services · Provide training/mentorship to QA team members in automated testing techniques and discipline *Kindly provide the following details for quick process: Full Name: Contact: Email: *** * * If you have any questions please feel free to call me.
