Hello, I need some help on this one. I'm looking for a *Business Analyst
who has Salesforce.com* experience for a long term contract *6+ months* to
a year in *Red Wing, MN.* Please see the below position description. *Please

*Description*: Responsible for analyzing, specifying, documenting and
validating the business needs of process owners, systems owners and project
stakeholders. This position will work closely with functional groups and
technology professionals to ensure that solutions are designed to meet the
business needs as well to drive quality and usability

*Qualifications*
· Strong end-to-end Business Analysis skills including requirements
analysis, functional design, data analysis, software implementation
o Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of
how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into
application and user interface requirements
o Strong technical skills to debug problems, and research data impacts of
systems processes so that they can create detailed specifications for
interfaces, data mapping, automations, and reports.
· Strong experience performing SQL queries and scripting
· CRM systems experience a plus, prefer knowledge/expertise in
Salesforce.com
· Exhibits knowledge and research ability to incorporate emerging industry
and technology practices when solving business problems.
· Previous experience with project efforts relating to data initiatives
(Metadata, Master Data Management, Operational Data Stores)

*Key Duties*
· Overall
o Collaborate with IT Business Partners, architecture and application
development teams and other subject matter experts to analyze tradeoffs
between requirements, usability and performance needs
o Articulate functionality of systems to business and IT teams at various
level
· Business Analysis
o Prepare, facilitate and lead stakeholder requirements gathering sessions
o Translate business needs into clear requirements that will enable the
design of flexible solutions to enable business strategies and align with
IT architecture direction
o Gather, document and analyze business requirements from clients and
stakeholders
o Develop use cases, business flows or functional specifications from
requirements & functionality requests
o Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and/or
required functional enhancements, and document business processes and
procedures
o Identify risks/issues and drive to decisions and resolution
o Obtain approval and business sign-off on requirements
· Technical Analysis
o Analyze business requirements and translate them to data requirements
o Create and modify data mapping templates
· Testing
o Create and maintain requirements traceability
o Work closely with quality assurance to develop testing plan and use cases
o Provide inputs to testing plans for product and user acceptance test
phases and create test scenarios for both phases
o Facilitate user acceptance testing

· Work independently with users to define concepts and under direction of
project managers
· Outstanding communication skills – formal verbal and written
communications, and with the personality and authority to communicate
professionally, effectively and sensitively with a wide range of senior
management, user and IT personnel
· Strong team player skills adept to working in smaller organizations that
has fewer specialists
