Job Title: Technical Lab Support Analyst
Location: Lake Buena Vista, FL
Duration: 6+ Months
*Responsibilities’ will include:*
* Assist with maintaining and supporting a large QA/Lab environment
* Assist with the development and documentation of automation tools
· Manage deployment, administration, and support for complex Point
of Sale Lab environment
· Assist with incoming lab setup requests from internal POS team
· Responsible for end-to-end support of a small but complex POS Lab
environment/network located in multiple locations supporting local and
remote users
· Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and
supported by the POS team
· Access and install appropriate upgrades, patches, drivers, etc
· Perform hands-on fixes, including software/ hardware installs and
upgrades, implementing file backups and vendor application patches;
configuring systems and applications
· Perform advanced troubleshooting and remediation
· Other duties as assigned
*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS*
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or equivalent
* Minimum of 5 years experience in Information Technology or related
field, preferably Point Of Sale Systems
* Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Demonstrated strong documentation skills
* Demonstrated strong organizational, written and verbal communication
skills
* Proven ability to work in with a large team as well as independently
in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, priority driven environment
* Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
simultaneously
* Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office tools
*DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS*
* Proven knowledge of POS Systems and processes in a Theme Park and
Resort environment
* Understanding of Food & Beverage and Merchandise Operations
* Minimum of 3 years experience in performing Quality Assurance testing
