Required Skills:*
- SAP HR/HCM Consultant at least 7 years of experience
- Should have at least three end to end projects exposure in HR.
- Proven track record of at least 3 years of solid experience in Time
Management module (TM), viz, Time recording Systems and methods, Time
Approval Process, Time Evaluation, etc.
- Detailed understanding of systems development lifecycles and
Implementation methodologies
- Ability to develop project plans and schedules for complex projects
- Ability to forge close working relationships with business customers and
promote the credibility/value add of IT within the business
- Candidate should be capable of understanding of business requirements,
identifying gaps with the standard SAP solution, creating Functional
Specifications and managing their development cycle.
- Effective communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and
interpretation skills are required
- Consultant must have positivie time management configuration experience
- Consultant must have onsite offshore experience and must willing to work
in onsite and offshore model

Required Skills:*

- Global Implementation experience  - Specific experience working in
Requirements Gathering for various countries in Europe, Asia Pac & LA
Regions
- Understand the Legal & Statutory requirements per country in a particular
region
- Understand Country specific reporting needs, country specific information
to be stored
- Ability to translate the requirements and provide a design approach on
the PA info types and OM reporting structure
- Hands on with SAP HCM - knowledge of the tables, structure that could be
used.
- Knowledge on Country Specific info types
- Experience with Configuration on Info groups, Actions, table values etc
for countries
- Worked on confirming Country specific information (infotypes) required
for countries globally
- Key point of contact to provide guidance for their process area
- Coordinate and engage subject matter expertise where needed, i.e.
meetings, workshops, testing
- Atwood ownership of the domain project Deliverables and day-to-day
management of the functional area
- Facilitate the communication and resolution of domain related issues to
Project Manager
- Designs the future business state with consulting assistance
- Reviews and takes ownership for the design documentation for the future
system at the task and sub-task level
- Works closely with SAP technical team and Legacy system owners in the
design and development of reports, interfaces, conversions and enhancements
- Validates integration design with other domains
- Identifies data mapping from SAP to legacy system
- Works with consultants on SAP configuration to develop configuration
Knowledge
- Executes unit testing and integration testing to validate that the
business requirements are met by the SAP system
- Signs off/accepts on domain design
- Signs off/accepts testing
- Produces documentation during all phases
- Actively participates in change management
- Assists with training materials preparation
- Delivers end user training
- Assists with go live and support
- Consultant must have onsite offshore experience and must willing to work
in onsite and offshore model
