*****Immediately Needed A Consultant***** * Title: Oracle Apps Developer Location: South Carolina Duration: 6 Months * Oracle Technical / Development team member. Work involves providing Oracle e-Business Applications System Development support for development, staging and production systems. Incumbents in this position are responsible for development support for current and new applications/systems; testing, implementing, and supporting Oracle e-Business applications; monitoring and tuning application and system performance; identifying end-user information requirements; developing conversion and system implementations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Technical team member in support of Oracle applications and development tools. Support includes troubleshooting system and application issues as well as support of business process improvements Work closely with functional business analysts, functional area super users and Oracle Support Model. Develop and maintain scripts for managing database availability, cloning, etc Implement break-fixes to the Customizations & Extensions to address Problems encountered. Break-fixes are defined as changes to the code which do not affect the logic and/or functionality of the Customizations & Extensions. Develop Customizations & Extensions of individual patches to the Supported Programs in the Environment, and make recommendations to client regarding such patch application (*Impact Analysis*). Development of interfaces to Oracle EBS to be maintained and restored after any activity which may affect the performance of these interfaces with their interaction with Oracle EBS *Job requirements* Minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle EBS. Experience with Java, SQL, XML. Knowledgeable of two or more Oracle Modules. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Provide rotating on call support for non core business hours as required.
